Feet Balance Orthotics
Orthotics align the anklebones at the same height and is used to spread the body weight evenly at the bottom of the foot. If the proper orthotics aren't used, the body weight only goes to the heel & ball of the foot while the tarsal joint falls & disengages. This can misalign entire foot bones including the anklebone and cause pain and foot deformities. Both tarsal joints usually fall in different angles & degrees which makes one leg shorter than the other, causing limping leading to problems in major joints.
